→ All orders include free worldwide shipping with full tracking.

→ Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

→ Estimated delivery: 9-14 business days depending on your location. Tracking may take 2-3 days to activate after shipment.

→ If your tracking hasn't moved in 10+ days, contact us — we'll investigate immediately.

→ Customs & duties: For orders outside the EU, import taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are not included in the product price and are the buyer's responsibility.

→ You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

→ To start a return: email contact@y2k-streetwear.fr with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours.

→ Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except for wrong items or manufacturing defects.

→ Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
